Fatar SRL have been manufacturing keyboard actions on the Adriatic coast of Italy for decades, and have supplied actions for the world's most professional keyboards.This graded hammer action is heavier on the bottom and gradually lighter towards the top, just like a real piano.The hammer mechanism is thrown up and forward on its pivot as the key is depressed, like the mechanism of a grand piano.

The Roland Fantom XR Sound Sample was sent to Sweetwater Studios and in conjunction with Roland USA Technicians, the custom layered Celesta samples were added to this module. The samples include an actual 1910 Dulcitone Celesta, including the sound of the box. The Roland module also includes layered samples of a Steinway Piano. Other sounds include Harmonium, Harpsichord, and Synthisiezer. In all 1,200 different sounds. The sound is reproduced with a JBL Studio Monitor installed under the keyboard. An optional larger JBL cabinet can be install for volumes greater than a typical celesta volume. |
